These terms and conditions apply to purchases from Karttools through karttools.se. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
Products and manufacturing
Karttools sells 3D-printed products and accessories for karting. Many products are made on demand. Minor variations in surface finish, colour shade and texture may occur in 3D-printed products and are normally not considered defects as long as functionality is not affected.
Prices and VAT
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor. VAT is displayed according to the shop’s current settings at checkout and on the product page.
Orders
When you complete an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. Always check that your details are correct.
Custom orders
Special conditions may apply to custom orders, customised products or products developed to the customer’s specifications. If a product requires design approval, a sample or testing, the customer is responsible for checking and approving the material before manufacturing.
Once the customer has approved the design, material or test, custom-made or customised products normally cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product has a manufacturing defect or clearly differs from what was approved.
Payment
Payment is made using the payment options shown at checkout. For custom orders, payment may be made as agreed after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is made using the shipping options shown at checkout. Delivery at a race event is available by agreement only. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, manufacturing time and the selected shipping method.
